Please read the following terms for general guest list entry
- Arrival: Arrive on time at the venue. Registration desks open at 07:00 AM, and gates close when venue capacity is reached.
- Seat Allocation: Seats in the main JBT auditorium are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Once the JBT auditorium is full, additional attendees will be redirected to the Simulcast Experience Auditorium, also on a first come, first served basis.
- Simulcast Experience: We have reserved a special Simulcast Experience Auditorium where you can watch a live stream of the event. It offers an equally enriching and immersive experience. Speakers will be available to interact with attendees in the Simulcast venue at scheduled intervals.
- Gate Closure: Once both the JBT and Simulcast auditoriums are full, all gates will be closed and entry will be denied.
- Behaviour: Disruptive or unruly behaviour during the event may lead to ticket cancellation and notification of authorities.
