ID & ticket verification: Entry is allowed only with a valid government-issued photo ID and confirmed ticket (email or print from Townscript). No ID + ticket = no entry.
Registration & entry windows: Register and collect your badge within the stated registration hours. Desks close at the posted time. Afterward, seats are released on a first-come-first-served basis.
Re-entry: No re-entry into the auditorium or event spaces once you exit.
Refunds, transfers, resales: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold.
Security & prohibited items: No large bags (mid/large handbags, luggage, school bags). Prohibited items include alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, weapons, inflammables, and illegal substances. Security checks will be conducted.
Recording & photography: No flash photography, video, or audio recording in the main event spaces. Violations may result in removal and a ₹25,000 fine.
Code of conduct: Treat staff, speakers, volunteers, and fellow attendees with respect. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Emergency & safety: Follow venue and event staff instructions in emergencies. Emergency exits are clearly marked.
Event communications: Official updates will be sent via registered email and the event WhatsApp channel.
Badges & seating: Keep your badge visible at all times and sit only in your designated seat. No crowding or loud talking inside or around the main hall.
Outside food & plastic bottles: Not allowed inside the venue.
Parking & vehicle access: No vehicle entry inside Pavilion by QUORUM premises. Use public transport or nearby paid parking.
