Identity & Ticket Verification – Entry allowed only with a valid government-issued photo ID and a confirmed ticket (email or print from Townscript). Attendees without both will be denied entry.
Registration & Entry Timings – You must register and collect your badge within your allotted registration window. Registration desks close at the stated time; entry will not be permitted after closure. Seats are released on a first-come-first-served basis after the reserved window ends (see pass-specific rules).
Seats for Guest/Scholarship Pass holders are first-come-first-served.
Re-Entry – No re-entry into the auditorium or workshop once you exit.
Refunds, Transfers, Resales – Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold.
Security Restrictions – No bags allowed inside venue (mid/large handbags, luggage, school bags, storage bags). Arrange storage outside the venue. No prohibited items: alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape, weapons, inflammables, banned substances.
Photography & Recording – No flash photography, video, or audio recording. Violations may incur a ₹25,000 fine and immediate removal from the venue.
GST Invoice Requests – To claim GST (on base ticket price), email info@tedxgateway.com with your GST certificate and booking details. No GST invoice will be issued after the event.
Code of Conduct – All attendees must respect event staff, speakers, and fellow participants. Any disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Emergency & Safety – Follow all venue safety protocols and instructions from event staff in case of an emergency. Emergency exits will be clearly marked.
No Vehicle Entry at MuSo
Cars will not be permitted inside the Museum of Solutions premises.We strongly encourage you to:
• Use public transport for ease of access, or
• Park at nearby public/private parking facilities and enjoy a short walk to the venue. Venue rules apply to all attendees (including partner guests).

Children Below 12 – Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket. No entry will be allowed without a guardian. Guardians are fully responsible for the child’s safety and conduct.
Student Tickets – Available only to students up to age 25 with a valid institutional student ID. Without a valid ID, the ticket will be cancelled with no refund. Incorrect or falsified details/proof will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Student ID will be checked at registration; Registrations close at 3 PM. Entry is first-come-first-served. No entry without valid ID.

Paid registrants: seats reserved until 3:00 PM, then released.
Complimentary/Guest Pass: admission subject to seating availability.
No Q&A from stage; speaker interactions in networking areas only.
No-shows forfeit seat.
No entry inside main hall once show has begun. Doors only open in breaks.
If ticket holder misses entry, they are guided to simulcast until doors open.
Main hall doors won’t open for requests (washroom/food).
